El Salvador “SHG”

Medium roasted, 100% Arabica beans from El Salvador. SHG (Strictly High Grown) means it is grown at a height of over 1200 meters. In Guatemala and Costa Rica coffee is classified according to the altitude of the plantations: the higher the altitude, the better the quality.
The Salvadoran coffee is typical of Central America, light bodied, aromatic, perfumed, slightly sweet with notes of honey and chocolate. Very balanced and with low acidity. Ideal coffee for breakfast.
