NOCCIOLATA is a superior quality gianduia cream. It looks like a soft cream, hazelnut color and with high spreadability. It is ready to use as a filling of cakes or filled with croissants, brioches, crêpes, krapfen, sponge cake and can be used as a flavoring of custard, whipped cream, butter cream, mousse and Bavarian cream. Suitably mixed in equal parts with warm custard it is an excellent coating of profiteroles. Thanks to its versatility, the product also lends itself to the preparation of fillings for pralines and lady’s kisses.
